#802  Hot Water Heater Demonstration. The apparatus is designed to demonstrate the operation of a low pressure steam heating system.  The flask in the demonstration apparatus corresponds to the boiler in a heating system, the tubes correspond to the steam and return lines, and the collection chamber corresponds to the radiator.  If colored water is used in the flask, it  can readily be seen that the water in the collection chamber is condensed steam by the fact that it has no color.
