#1848 Motor Demonstration, with Three Armatures. This heavy duty motor is a wonderful visual aid for demonstrating the functions of DC electric motors.  Built from cast steel, this unit runs freely and quietly on 2 to 4 volts DC.  The motor is mounted on a wooden base and stands approximately 5 1/2"" high.  Connections are made through the insulated binding post.
